Tomorrow

Girlchild goes to the RA tomorrow morning.  She is also scheduled to go to the eye doctor for her follow-up, later in the morning.

I was scheduled to go into work at 12:00 pm but have already changed that to 2:00 pm.  I'm blessed to work at two fabulous places.  Both are full of family oriented people and both are working with me on my scheduling.

Job#1 even allowed me to use vacation time to pad my pay for last week since I missed a day at Job#2 and I haven't worked there long enough to receive benefits.  They even allowed me to come in 2 hours early yesterday to make up for the 2 hours I will miss tomorrow.  I am blessed.  Blessed.  I am thankful.

Girlchild's cheer coach is being kind too.  Even though you aren't supposed to be able to participate in sporting events if you miss school, she told GC if she makes it back before school is out, even if it is one class, she can cheer tomorrow night.  She had to sit out Friday and Saturday since she missed school all week last week.

All of her teachers are working with her on getting caught up.  Blessed.  We're blessed.

I am trying hard not to worry about tomorrow but .... isn't that what we moms do?

I know her dad is worried too.  He's going with us tomorrow and that, for the most part, has always been my job.  I'm glad I am not going alone.
