The nurse called me -- her bloodwork is FINE! Thank God.
The only thing it showed is that she is very anemic, which we knew and she is already on meds for.
The nurse seemed surprised to hear that, which surprises ME because we gave them a list of medications she was on and why at the first visit. Apparently her anemia level is pretty high, esp considering she is on meds for it and has been for almost a year. All of which we will discuss at her next doctor's appointment.
In any event, she is now being given MORE meds, iron pills to take 2x a day.
