I am starting to feel like I have that -- sheesh.
Girlchild's antibiotics made her feel sickish almost from the start .... not bad but noticeable.
Yesterday they made her throw-up and become shaky -- I called the doctor, he was out and I am waiting to hear back from the nurse about an alternative medication.
She came home from school and laid down to rest and started feeling much worse .... when she began to cry from the stomach pains and from the throwing up her dad took her to the emergency clinic. They gave her meds that helped her a LOT. Thank God.
This doctor disagreed with the pedi's dx of an infected tick bite and recommended she go to a dermatologist.
So --- that's this morning's phone call. Derm, here we come. I'm not sure who is right, or which method is best -- dr1 says antibiotics, dr2 say removal .... so dr3 .... please help us out here!

well, I'm guessing the post title is rhetorical so I'll ignore that. Because we all know that you're not making your daughter sick to get attention.
The big problem here is that the doctor's don't treat patients anymore. They treat by flow chart. It's the patients that really suffer from that.
I sincerely hope you get some answers soon!
Hugs,
kk
derm is Monday at 3:30! I decided to not fill the new antibiotic until we see what this dr says.
