Yesterday girlchild went to her pedi for the sore behind her ear that just would NOT heal and continued to bleed for weeks. Diagnosis: infected tick bite. Yup, I'll take that and be happy. Thank you, Jesus. She's on strong antibiotics for 2 weeks, both oral and an ointment and goes for a recheck in two weeks.
Today she had her 2nd follow-up visit with the eye doctor. It went VERY well and she is now off BOTH medications she was on. Thank you again, Jesus.
NOW -- one more follow-up with the RA in a couple of weeks were I FULLY expect another good report! The iron she is on is making a HUGE difference in her day-to-day life.

Thanks chicka! Today resulted in a return doctor visit and a conflicing opinion on the sore.
Dermatologist next.
