POLL question! (ok, not really ... this is actually a rant)

OK -- your small child falls into a bonfire, hands first and is burned.  Do you take him to the doctor or do you send him to school the next day?

Ok - playing the devil's advocate here, let's pretend you answered you'd send him to school .... IF the school nurse tells you the child needs to see a doctor do you take him to the doctor or do you allow him to stay awake all night crying in pain ... AND allow your boyfriend to call him a crybaby and tell him to shut up?

Really -- this is what his 3rd injury this school year?  His second burn?  All of which you were advised (by school nurse) to take him to the dr for and you didn't ANY of the times?  Instead you elected to send your hurt child to school, in pain and every time allowed the man you live with to call him names and make fun of him.  

I'm so angry and I need to stop this anger inside of me .... I KNOW I should be praying instead.  I SHOULD be praying for God to speak to your heart, for God to help you come to an understanding of what is wrong and help you fix it ....... but I'm struggling here.  I'm really, really struggling here.

I DO pray that, this time, God guides the hands and minds of the people who are involved in handling this case and lead them to decisions that place these children into the hands and hearts of someone who can step in and give them the love and care they so desperately need ...and I'm gonna work on my own evil anger that is preventing me from praying for you.
