I can't give it a "real" review because I second-guessed the situation, thinking it was too much lemon flavor and pulled it out of the juices too soon. I ended up putting it in the oven for the last 30 minutes or so. I think this dried it out and robbed us of the full flavor that was NOT too much lemon at all. There is NOTHING more juicy and tender than crock-pot chicken so I encourage you all to try this recipe!
I will definitely be trying it again!
